The Omaha Bar Association is "restarting" an annual tradition - a "Bench Bar" meeting for attorneys and judges to sit down and discuss best practices across all courts.

Time:    2:00-4:15 PM (2 hours of CLE, with break at hour mark)

Location:   AIM Exchange Building Trading Floor Conference Space (7th Floor), 1905 Harney Street

Price:   Free for OBA Members, $50 for Non-Members

Courts Represented by Members of the Judiciary: (1) Douglas County, (2) Douglas District, (3) Nebraska Federal, (4) Nebraska Appellate, (5) Sarpy Courts, (6) Douglas County Separate Juvenile

Discussion Moderator: TBA

Discussion Topics: (1) Best Practices for Attorneys Practicing in Front of Each of the Courts, (2) What NOT to Do in Front of the Courts, (3) Moderated Questions from the Audience (most submitted beforehand)

Time Allotment Per Court:  15 minutes max for prepared remarks, 5 minutes for questions; any time not used will then be given to general questions at the end of the presentations
