Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program is now in Omaha

The Omaha Bar Association is proud to announce the launch of a mentoring program for OBA attorney members. The Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program links experienced attorneys with new lawyers who have recently been admitted to the practice of law. Mentoring is a one-on-one relationship designed to assist newer lawyers as they begin their legal careers, during the first years of practice. Mentors and new lawyers meet in person six times during the course of a year to discuss topics and engage in activities they select from a mentoring plan. By fostering positive mentoring relationships, Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring seeks to elevate the competence, professionalism, and success of Omaha-area lawyers.
